 Stakeholder Engagement

Identification and Selection of Stakeholders

Based on the five principles of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES), Tyntek has identified six major categories of stakeholders that are relevant and influential to the company's operations, including customers, shareholders/investors, employees, suppliers/contractors, government agencies , and banks.

Responses to Stakeholder Concerns

To comprehensively understand the concerns of stakeholders and assess the actual or potential impacts on them, our company regularly employs various two-way, ongoing channels. These include meetings, interviews, phone calls, feedback mechanisms such as suggestion boxes, as well as insights gained from various business interactions and exchanges. We actively engage with stakeholders of all kinds to gather and address their concerns, incorporating these issues into team discussions promptly to establish effective communication. This enables us to integrate stakeholder concerns into routine work activities or annual plans, showcasing results and serving as vital references for formulating and implementing corporate sustainability policies and action plans. Additionally, we provide regular reports to the board on our communication with stakeholders each year.
